There is a blogger challenge going on at the moment. A year in colour and this week it is week 8 and the colour is green.

I thought that i would show you how much of a difference a skin can make to your look,and i don't mean with different cloths or makeup.  I have below  picture of three skins  but each avatar is wearing the same shape and only a hair base to show the face in full detail.

Hi today I am going to talk about a store called Essence.  If you are a member of fab free you will know how generous the owners of this store are. They also have their own group and this month the free gift in group is a lovely female skin which i have paired up with one of their own hair styles.

LA Vie is one of the best in that respect.As i have already blogged they have an advent calendar and today's gift was just wonderful i just had to show you .......

I love finding good stores that offer a discounted section and well when i found the basement at Fallen Angel i just about cleared the bank balance.  This Store has a lot to offer the rgper and all of sl  skins, hair furniture and even fun sims to go play on   so i have a little look about and found a wonderful PVC Kimono in white and a gift advent tree so here are finds  well worth a trip.

Hi  I hope you are all coping with that nasty word the "weather" still snowed in here so thank goodness for the hot and sunny beaches of sl.

Once again the wonderful makers of Secret Hair have been busy and created a new style called Tempest. Its a midlength hair and is 200 Lindens per colour swath.  While I try to keep the linden spending to a minimum some times it worth a little splurge once in a while.

The colour I am wearing is called Borealis and the landmark is already on the blog

Also on the same sim is Tribal Soul Designs and they are taking part in the winter animal lovers hunt.

Now I love gowns not great for running around the grid in but great for dancing. So always on the hunt for gowns that are detailed and reasonably priced.  Sascha offers both of those and with many of her dresses there are a number of skirt options.  She does have a group and there is a one off fee to join but sooo worth it.  Every month you get a new gown and there are always offers on . There is a wonderful store called Phoenix Rising that is closing down slowly.  In the front foyer is a large number of boxes and most seem to be set ad one linden so i went and had a nose about and found this wonderful dress its called tribute to Coco

As i mentioned yesterday there are a number of stores doing advent calenders and one of the is LaVie.Now I LOVE this store for their wonderful skins but they also do clothing. They have like most stores in SL their own group, there is a fee to join but it is well worth it for those that love good skins and the wonderful group gifts that are sent out periodically .

Now that we are finally in December  many of the stores are going to be doing an advent calendar.  So to get the ball rolling here is the first one I have come across.

Hi once again i have been looking about SL and trying to get  look together for as few lindens as i can  here is today's look . 

The boots are the Lavender version of those previously blogged and they are on the mobvend board at the moment and I paid 123$L for them so make sure you have lots of friends with you

The nails varnish can be worn as either gloves or a tattoo layer and there are twenty colours in the pack for only 10$L

And finally the eye lashes are a tattoo layer and cost 50$L

next on my tour round SL is Hair. Ask any of the ladies you met what they think of Hair and they will tell you its a must and that its one of the biggest folders in their invent.  So to spice up the colour i went in search of Funky colours and came upon these beauties  :-

Now i have already blogged Baby monkey this week for the awesome boots. Well while i was there their lucky chair had my name on it and the dotty shoes i won are colour changeable  In the picture below i have only shown three but there are many many others.

Also in the picture below are shoes that every one is raving about Purrfect 10 or P10.
They are a new store and have some wonderful footwear.  But they are not cheap  so my advise is to join the group for a one off fee.  there are lots of benefits to this fee and the boards in the store will tel you all about them.
